Great Value for the Money We use Commit since 2004 and find it very helpful for our computer repair business. Commit provides us with all the solutions we need including service management, billing (with great integration with QuickBooks) and web interface for our technicians and customers and more. The support team is very responsive. The software price is very reasonable and affordable and suits our small business budget. Highly recommended!

Program Suitability Loaded the program in and attempted to make use of it's major features but found that the program was not suitable to my needs. I was looking for an on going job costing program to handle my small carpentry business, and found it lacking in a couple of required areas. My main concern is keeping track of materials purchased from local vendors and labour that pertain to individual jobs and your program was too complicated in this area for my particular use.Thanks for the opportunity to try it out.C. WISP Usage We reviewed the software and although very functional, will not be using it for our system at this time. We may revisit it again at a later date. Strongly recommend that there be a "USA" version. The tax structure is not set up to handle the various taxes.
